At ZBiotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and clear any old shipping labels from the box to ensure a smooth transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
